At Crompton, we stand behind the quality of our home appliances and decor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Attach the Shipping Label

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Track

    Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your return.
